Meet Cyrena Arnold

Cyrena Arnold is the Director of Product Marketing at AtmosphericG2. She has written two children’s books, “The Weather Story” and “The Hurricane Story”, and was Mrs. New Hampshire 2022. Cyrena is also a Storm Chaser and is a host of the Storm Front Freaks Podcast. She was in the 2019 class of the Union leader’s 40 Under 40, and was the 2019 NH Tech Professional of the Year. She is soon to be featured as an expert on the History Channel, and has also been featured in Wired, Bloomberg, GQ, USA Today, Popular Science, and many more international publications.

What was your first job?
I was Santa's helper! I took photos of kids on Santa’s lap. Come spring, I became the actual Easter Bunny!

Share a fun fact about yourself that most people don’t know:
I saved my brother’s life with the Heimlich maneuver when I was just 10 years old.

The Art of Possibility by Benjamin Zander — it’s an amazing book that will completely reframe your outlook on life.

Failure is Opportunity

If you could give your younger self one piece of advice, what would it be?
Breathe. It’s hard to see now, but the really awful things all happened for a reason and will put you on a path to achieve things you never imagined possible.

Favorite place in New Hampshire?
Riding my bike on the quiet dirt roads around Dublin or Hancock — or Bear Notch Road in Bartlett.
