Meet Janet Duliga

Dr. Janet Duliga, JD EdD currently serves as Chief Corporate Officer at Prada, following a dynamic career in leadership, people strategy, and organizational transformation. She earned her doctorate in the Chief Learning Officer program at the University of Pennsylvania, where she focused on emotional intelligence, leadership development, and learning outcomes in business. Janet also holds a BA from Pomona College, an MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, and a JD from the University of San Diego School of Law. Her career is a blend of academic rigor, emotional insight, and global business leadership.

What was your first job?
Passing out flyers for a friend’s dad’s political campaign when I was around 11 or 12. We made $4 for HOURS of work. Totally worth it.

Share a fun fact about yourself that most people don’t know:
I can break an apple in half with my bare hands — and yes, I can teach you how!
